I worked for a year at Metro TV Ghana on the country’s most watched political commentary programme, Good Evening Ghana.
My role encompassed video editing, social media management, and graphic design. While there, I designed studio backdrops, photographed the then-outgoing President of Ghana, created social media content for a Facebook audience of over 750,000 followers, and designed a book cover for our host, Paul Adom-Otchere. I also began to appear on-air, reading out live viewer comments. In June 2025, I was asked to step in as Producer and Lead Researcher for two weeks while the main producer was away, a rather daunting but eye-opening experience:
